Using Couple Goals
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Couple Goals website, launch list, support service and mobile application provided by OMG Incorporated Limited, company number 13251483. By using Couple Goals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
The service
Couple Goals provides tools intended to help adult partners communicate, set shared goals and support their relationship. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial or emergency advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications and wellbeing. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. You must respect your partner's privacy and may upload or share only information you have the right and permission to use.
Acceptable use
You must not use Couple Goals unlawfully, harm or harass another person, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use it to exploit, threaten or monitor another person without permission. We may investigate misuse and suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve Couple Goals. The app, brand, design, software and original content belong to OMG Incorporated Limited or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable and non transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Availability, changes and termination
The service may change as it develops. We may add, alter or remove features, carry out maintenance or discontinue the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free availability. You may stop using Couple Goals at any time and may request account deletion when account services launch. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Couple Goals is provided for personal use and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
Changes and contact
