This Privacy Policy explains how OMG Incorporated Limited, company number 13251483, handles personal information in connection with the Couple Goals website, launch list, support service and mobile application. Information we may collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account details, support messages, relationship goals, shared activities and content you choose to add. We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic data, IP address and usage events. We will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before launch if the final app uses additional data.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Couple Goals, create and manage accounts, synchronise chosen content, respond to support requests, send launch updates where you have consented, protect users, prevent misuse, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third party advertising unless we first explain this clearly and obtain any consent required by law.

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we process information because it is necessary to provide the service you request, because you have given consent, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, or because we must comply with a legal obligation.

Launch list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account deletion controls and a clear deletion request route will be available when accounts launch. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.

You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in an email or by contacting us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No internet service is completely secure. Couple Goals is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, law or our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website where appropriate.
